Terms & Conditions
1) The Customer has to choose from the template shown to him for his Website development/Application Development. If he/she wants custom design or development then it will be done but depend on the selected package.
2) The customer should agree with the design and layout after maximum 4 (four) suggestions and more than 4 times of changes will add to extra charges.
3) We expect the customer to give his feedback as soon as the Home page for his website gets ready as any delay in his feedback will lead to further delays in the development of the website or any other service.
4) The development work for customer’s website will begin from the next working day after we receive his quotation approval and advance received.
5) The content for the website has to be provided by the customer in the form of soft copy. We do not provide any content so we are not responsible for any given copyrighted content violation if happened.
6) We assume that the customers knows that we work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
7) The Development work for the Website or Application will start once we receive at least 50% of the agreed amount and its gets credited into AXIOM Infosoft Bank account.
8) The remaining 50% of the agreed amount should be credited into AXIOM Infosoft account before the final delivery of the project. Our Account Executive will collect Post Dated Chaque (PDC) as a proof of their approval.
9) We assume that the customer understands that there can be delays during actual project implementation due to unforeseen circumstances even though our best effort to deliver the project on time.
10) We will keep the customer update on the status of the project on a regular basis.
11) Any extra feature which has not been discussed earlier will be charged extra after coming to a mutual agreement.
12) We expect our customer to be cooperative which will help us serve him better.
13) The maintenance of the Website/Application will done for 2 months. in this case of Website/Application is not hosted in our server. After 2 months of delivery maintenance charge will be extra.
14) Support will be done for 12 months and it will continue with renewal process yearly.
15) Any inactive account or project will be terminated after 30 days.
16) Renewal of Website/Application will be intemate to the respected customer before 15 days through email, SMS and direct telephone.
17) If a customer fails to renew his Website/Application within 10 days of its expiration. Company will not be responsible to cancellation or termination of Website/Application and domain name if it is associates with us..
